Prototypes
In this section, you will see all the prototypes that I made throughout my learning path that did not make it into a project. They will be listed per year.
The Long Night (2021)
This prototype was an early venture into horror gaming. Despite testing with several people, the outcome didn't align with my initial expectations. It marked my first foray into medium-scale game development, providing valuable insights despite not evolving into a full-fledged project.
The Bubble Gum (2021)
This concept envisioned an endless runner game featuring a bubble gum. As it journeyed through a city, the gum was designed to gradually increase in mass and acquire new abilities. Along the way, it would confront and overcome challenges posed by law enforcement and government militia.
Gum Them Up (2021)
I kept exploring the bubble gum concept but shifted towards creating a beat 'em up style game. However, the high cost of animations led me to ultimately set this project aside.
Shoot Them Up (2021)
I developed a functional prototype for a 2D shooter game. In this setup, the player uses the cursor to control direction, while enemies are programmed to return fire when within a specified range.
Space Ship (2023)
Inspired by classic 80s retro games, I created a spaceship-themed game prototype. While the development process was enjoyable, I ultimately decided not to pursue it further.
